Coach’s comment: My nominee for Athlete of the Week is senior Jack Shorrock. Versus Nipomo our goalkeeper Braden Gabler allowed 0 Goals in the first half. Five minutes into the second half, Jack Shorrock took over in goal. As Nipomo came much more alive Jack did an outstanding job maintaining the shut out by making numerous outstanding saves keeping the score 1-0 in our favor. Throughout the season Jack has done an outstanding job as a leader and great goalkeeper. – Coach Dale Wiggins

Coach’s comment: Alani Mott is our softball player of the week. Alani is holding down the hot corner for the Lady Eagles this season. Alani has been an energetic leader for the team this season with her competitive spirit. Her consistent defense and ability to put the ball in play on offense have helped the Eagles to a great start to their season. – Coach Keith Swank
