Public can review draft plan online and at district office

    – The Templeton Community Services District has released a draft update to its 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and is inviting the public to review the document before its adoption.

The draft plan, which includes a Water Shortage Contingency Plan, was prepared according to 2025 state guidelines. Copies of the draft are available for public inspection at the district office, located at 420 Crocker St. in Templeton, and on the district’s website.

The Urban Water Management Plan outlines the district’s water supply, water demands, water reliability, and water conservation efforts. The document also includes estimated population growth and projected water demand through 2050 and serves as a long-range planning document for the district.

The draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan is available online here.
