–Small business owner and candidate for California State Assembly Jordan Cunningham recently received the endorsement of Templeton School Board President Shirley Sigmund.

“Jordan Cunningham is a proven and respected community leader,” said Sigmund. “In his time on the school board, he has been a voice of reason. Sacramento could use someone like Jordan.”

He previously served as a Deputy District Attorney for San Luis Obispo County, prosecuting a wide variety of crimes, including fraud, assault, domestic violence, and environmental crimes.

He is currently facing local Central Coast solar energy developer and businesswoman Dawn Ortiz-Legg for the seat that Katcho Achadjian (R-Arroyo Grande) will leave vacant.
