The Eatery launches at Vina Robles tasting room 

– The Eatery at Vina Robles opened Friday, June 27, offering a new food option at the winery’s tasting room located just minutes from downtown Paso Robles.

Led by Central Coast chef Nicola Allegretta, the venue features a menu that includes wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, fresh salads, Mama’s Meatballs, and a rotating selection of Italian-inspired dishes. All items are crafted to complement the winery’s estate-grown wines.

The kitchen centers around a handcrafted pizza oven built in Naples, Italy, by third-generation artisan Stefano Ferrara.

Table-side service is available Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. A grab-and-go menu is offered Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
