Theft suspect identification needed 

–The Paso Robles Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect they say stole a pair of shoes last week from a local store.

On Saturday, at approximately 11:46 a.m.,an unknown male adult entered Kohls and put on a black pair of Converse worth $55. He walked out without attempting to pay and fled when confronted by loss prevention, police say.
