Third annual Handel’s Messiah sing-along
–The San Luis Obispo Master Chorale (formerly Cuesta Master Chorale) has announced that the Third Annual Handel’s Messiah Sing-Along is Fri, Dec 15 at 7:30 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. Doctor Thomas Davies, Artistic Director, will conduct the SLO Master Chorale and the audience in many of the wonderful choruses from Handel’s famous oratorio. In addition to Handel’s Messiah the SLO Master Chorale will perform other selections for the holiday season. There will also be a carol sing-a-long.
The community and visitors are invited to tune up their singing voices and participate in this joyful event! Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online from the chorale website. Guests are encouraged to bring their copy of Handel’s Messiah score. Score copies will be available at the event for a refundable $7 deposit.
