Thomas Hill Organics to open location in San Luis Obispo
Restaurant will be part of Chinatown project

–Downtown Paso Robles bistro Thomas Hill Organics will be opening another location in San Luis Obispo this fall as part of the Chinatown project.
“I have been planning on opening another THO in San Luis Obispo for a few years now, just waiting for the perfect spot and landlord,” said owner Debbie Thomas. The Monterey Street component of the project, including Thomas Hill Organics and retail stores, is slated to open around November, according to reports.
“We are opening the end of the year in the Chinatown project, Monterey and Chorro St. Copeland’s is my landlord who I have had a relationship with since my Adidas sales and marketing days,” said Thomas. “There will be an H&M store in this complex and Healdsburg hotel will have a hotel here too. THO will be on the upstairs promenade.”
The Paso Robles location just celebrated their seventh year in Paso Robles. The concept started as a farm to table concept utilizing the Thomas’ organic farm. Although they no longer own that farm, they still source organic and local ingredients for their fare.
“I believe we have a unique niche and the younger foodie understands the importance of local and organic,” said Thomas. “We are hoping to be a welcome addition to downtown San Luis Obispo.”
