Tickets on sale for Country Rodeo Finals, Monster Truck Madness

Popular events return to the Mid-State Fair
– Tickets for the Country Rodeo Finals and Monster Truck Madness at the California Mid-State Fair are now on sale. The Country Rodeo Finals will be held on Saturday, July 27, while Monster Truck Madness will take place on Sunday, July 28. Both events will begin at 7 p.m. in the Main Grandstand Arena.
Ticket prices for the Country Rodeo Finals are $40 for reserved seating for all ages, $30 for general admission for adults aged 13 and older, $25 for general admission for youth aged 3 to 12, and $40 for all ages on the day of the event. For Monster Truck Madness, reserved seating for all ages is $35, general admission for adults aged 13 and older is $25, general admission for youth aged 3 to 12 is $20, and $35 for all ages on the day of the event. The Country Rodeo Finals will feature events such as Match Roping, Team Penning, Double Mugging, Barrel Racing, and Breakaway Roping. American Freestyle Bullfighting competition will include World Champion Bullfighter Alex McWilliams. Anthony Lucia, the 2023 PRCA Announcer of the Year, will call the action, and PBR Entertainer Matt Merritt will provide entertainment. The show will open with the parachute flag drop.
Monster Truck Madness will showcase four monster trucks: “Obsessed” driven by 2022 West Coast Nationals Champion Eric Swanson, “Pretty Obsessed” driven by Meesha Pharis, “The Unique Hillbilly” driven by Tim Manchester, and “First Responder” driven by Alaska State Champion Kylie Thurber. The event will also feature Freestyle Motocross by the “Flying Cowboyz” from Flying U Rodeo Company. Fans can attend a pre-show “Pit Party” at 5:30 p.m., where they can enter the arena and view the trucks up close and participate in a monster truck ride. Anthony Lucia will announce the event, with entertainment by rodeo entertainer Matt Merritt.
