Tickets on sale for Bingo Bonanza 

bingoWomen’s Alliance event benefits Hospice of San Luis Obispo County

–Tickets are now on sale for the 20th Women’s Alliance Bingo Bonanza, benefiting Hospice of San Luis Obispo County. The San Luis Obispo chapter of the Women’s Alliance is coordinating an afternoon of energetic bingo and lunch provided by Del Monte Cafe.

Bingo Bonanza will take place at the San Luis Obispo Veterans Memorial Hall, with doors opening at 11 a.m. The event begins with lunch and ten competitive rounds of bingo with big prizes. Activities include a silent auction, raffle and a money hat. Bingo Bonanza is open to the public, with tickets costing $45 each, $22 of which is tax deductible.

The SLO Veterans Memorial Hall is located at 801 Grand Avenue in San Luis Obispo. To learn more about the event or to purchase tickets visit Hospice SLO or call  (805) 544-2266. Checks can be made payable to Women’s Alliance SLO.

The Women’s Alliance is a national network of women with goals of advancing personal and professional development. Chapters provide networking opportunities and create an environment of encouragement in which women support one another and their local communities.

Since 1977, Hospice of San Luis Obispo County, a local, 501(c) 3 non-profit, volunteer, non-medical hospice, has been providing county-wide in-home respite care, emotional support, practical assistance, and comfort to individuals who are experiencing the impact of a life-limiting illness. The organization also offers grief-counseling services, including individual, family and group counseling, to anyone grieving the death of a loved one. All Hospice SLO County services are provided at no charge and are supported through direct donations and fundraising events.
