Tim McGraw to perform at Mid-State Fair

–The California Mid-State Fair announced Friday night that multi-platinum superstar Tim McGraw has been confirmed to perform in concert on Sunday, July 24 at 7:30 p.m. Brooke Eden will open the show. The concert will take place in the Grandstand Arena at the Paso Robles Event Center.

Ticket prices for the show are $51, $66, $76 and $101 and will go on sale Friday, Feb. 19. Tickets will be available starting at 10 a.m. online at www.MidStateFair.com or by calling 1-800-909-FAIR, and at 1 p.m. at the California Mid-State Fair box office 2198 Riverside Avenue in Paso Robles or any ValliTix location.

Tim McGraw has sold more than 40 million records worldwide and dominated the charts with 36 #1 singles. He’s won three Grammy Awards, 16 Academy of Country Music Awards, 14 Country Music Association Awards, 10 American Music Awards, three People’s Choice Awards and numerous other honors. He has been named the BDS Most Played Artist of the Decade for all music genres and having the Most Played Song of the Decade for all music genres with “Something Like That.” He is the most played Country artist since his debut in 1992, with two singles spending over 10 weeks at #1 “Live Like You Were Dying” and “Over and Over.”

McGraw’s latest album, “Damn Country Music,” has already produced his 58th Top 10 single “Top Of The World,” and his brand new release is the record’s anthemic single, “Humble And Kind.” McGraw has also launched StayHumbleAndKind.com, a site that aggregates stories shared with the hashtag #stayhumbleandkind as well as encourages random acts of kindness through a simple tracking program. As an actor, he appeared in the award winning Friday Night Lights and The Blind Side, and will next appear in Lionsgate’s The Shack alongside Sam Worthington and Octavia Spencer.

The 2016 California Mid-State Fair runs July 20 through July 31. This year’s theme is “The Adventure Continues…”
