Twin Cities offering new class for expectant parents
–Twin Cities Community Hospital is offering a new class for expectant parents. Understanding Pregnancy will meet every third Thursday of the month. The first class is happening Thursday, March 21 from 6-8 p.m. The class will be held at the Twin Cities Community Hospital Founders’ Pavilion Morgan Conference Room at 1220 Las Tablas Road in Templeton.
The class teaches expectant parents how to keep themselves and their babies healthy as they take the remarkable journey through pregnancy. Presenting the latest research-based recommendations, Understanding Pregnancy models healthy habits and partner involvement, all while stressing the importance of good prenatal health. This program features all-new, stunning 3D animation that brings fetal development to life and will motivate moms to take good care of themselves throughout pregnancy. This class is appropriate for those actively trying to conceive and those in their first or second trimesters.
