‘Two Sku BBQ’ event hosted in Tin City this Friday

Starting October 13, winery hot spot offering wine, food, music, and fun!

–“TGIF” gets a new meaning starting Friday, Oct. 13, and each second Friday of the month thereafter. Come on down to Tin City where two local wineries are teaming up to bring Friday Fun and Food for your “TGIF” weekend kickoff.

Winery neighbors, Brian Benson Cellars and ONX Wines are getting together to offer a relaxed Friday evening of wine, BBQ and music from 5 – 8 p.m. Join them for their “Two Sku BBQ.” Come on down and share a glass or two with Brian and Christina Benson (Brian Benson Winery), Sarah Gerkin and Jeffrey Strekas (ONX Wines) and Mateo (Heirloom Catering) while they break into their libraries offering hard to find wines by the glass for your sipping pleasure, as Mateo fires up the BBQ!

Heirloom Catering will be providing delectable BBQ to accompany the wines. Dedicated to providing seasonal food and service, supporting local farmers, offering sustainable produce and meat products, Heirloom Catering specializes in wood fire cooking which will be sure to please the palate, accompanied by some of Benson’s and Onx’s exceptional wines.

As you socialize, or enjoy a game or corn hole, you can also kick back (or kick up your heels) as you listen or dance to musical tunes wafting through the evening air.

So, get ready to kick off this first Tin City “TGIF Happening” Two Sku BBQ on October 13th at 5 p.m. Gear up to party Friday evening as you chat with winemakers and staff of these two boutique wineries, relishing great BBQ, music and making new friends! Come on down…..the festivities are about to start!

Brian Benson Cellars is located at 2915 Limestone Way, Paso Robles.
