UCCE Master Food Preservers to teach jam making at the library
Participants will learn to make jam from fruit and fruit juice
– Members of the UCCE Master Food Preservers of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties will lead an in-person workshop on making low sugar and no sugar jam on Sept. 20 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Library Study Center, 3600 Oak Street.
Participants will learn to make jam from fruit and fruit juice. Recipes will be provided, and attendees will prepare a version of the dish to take home.
