Uncork wine country with Uncorked Wine Tours

UncorkedOffering safe, VIP transportation and custom wine tours for groups

A private, personalized, and completely customizable wine tours service located in Paso Robles, Uncorked Wine Tours offers safe, VIP transportation for wine tasting, spa trips, bachelorette parties, educational tours, corporate team building events, shuttle services, weddings and more.

Not you’re average, ‘cookie-cutter’ wine tour

Paso Robles has a wide swath of wine territory. It contains more than 200 wineries and 26,000 vineyard acres, producing more than 40 varietals. The prospect of covering the territory may seem overwhelming. That’s where Uncorked and the expertise of owner and central coast native Katie Hayward comes in.

Hayward is an Atascadero native, a certified sommelier and a born adventurer. When she is not busy acting as First Mate to her Captain husband on a 50-foot catamaran in the Virgin Islands, she is steering visitors in the right direction through the wild waters of local wine country.

A sweet, bubbly “people-person,” she enjoys helping to plan out the route and arranging special tastings or reservations. “All they have to worry about is drinking wine that day,” she said.

Now offering beer tours, cider tasting, olive oil tasting and more

What about for those people who don’t like to drink wine, or don’t want to? There’s a tour for that too. Hayward also recently began offering beer tasting, a favorite among many male patrons.

Besides wine or beer tasting, guests can build their tour with any stop they’d like, including but not limited to: olive oil tasting, winery and vineyard tours, coffee, cheese tasting, ziplining, or even an organic farm. Hayward will set you up with a tour to try “all things Paso.”

Local discounts offered

Uncorked caters to small and large events alike, and are now offering local discounts for San Luis Obispo County residents.

Also new to Uncorked is the addition of a Mercedes Sprinter to their fleet. “The Sprinter is the perfect wine tour vehicle, it’s posh, comfortable and has plenty of room for wine storage,” said Hayward.

Tours can be booked any day of the week, though Saturdays often book up at least a month in advance. For more information about Uncorked, call (805) 459-4500 or visit uncorkedwinetours.net.
