Video: Man surfs down street in Grover Beach 

–Jenny McKee Mello, a Grover Beach resident, shot footage Sunday night around 6 p.m. of a mystery surfer surfing down the street in Grover Beach.

She posted on Facebook:

it started to rain and Wes and I love driving in the rain. As we are heading down Grand Ave in Grover Beach I see all the water rushing down the street and I start taking pictures. I started shooting a video of the water and Wes said ahead is a surfer?? Have no idea who the surfer is?? I posted this on Dave Hovde-KSBY around 7pm. Woke up this morning and video has gone viral!!! and on National News.. Shocked and Smiling
