Villa San-Juliette Vineyard & Winery has launched the Central Coast’s first wine country helicopter excursions.

Villa San-Juliette Vineyard & Winery is the take-off point for helicopter rides of up to four people per trip, with trips lasting 15 to 45 minutes. Helicopter operator Del Rio Aviation will fly high above the property, showcasing its rolling hills, the northern end of the Paso Robles AVA with its surrounding vineyards and wineries, and the estate villa and winemaking facility.

This week, in celebration of the Paso Robles Harvest Wine Weekend, Villa San-Juliette Vineyard & Winery will also host VIP Estate tours and tastings, accompanied by local artisanal cheese pairings following the helicopter rides. Additionally, Winemaker Dan Smith will conduct an exclusive blending seminar featuring their limited production wine, Romantique, wherein guests will create their own reserve blend and take home a waxed bottle of their creation. The winery will conclude the weekend celebration on Sunday, with local band Jam Iconz.

Helicopter trips are $60 per person, $50 for Reserve Wine Club members. For more information or to make a reservation, call the winery tasting room at (805) 226-5838.
