Villa San-Juliette Vineyard & Winery hires new VP of sales
Steve Howard joins VSJ’s award-winning team in the Paso Robles AVA
Paso Robles’ Villa San-Juliette Vineyard & Winery recently announced Steve Howard as senior vice president of sales. A veteran of the wine industry, Howard is an honorary inductee to the American Academy of Chefs for his contributions to both the culinary profession and the American Culinary Federation as a culinary professional for 15 years.

He comes to Villa San-Juliette most recently from Casa Vinicola Zonin – USA, where he held the position of national sales director for the family-held company that owns and oversees ten Italian wine brands. During his tenure, the portfolio grew to four times the original volume. Howard’s prior titles also include eastern regional manager of Cabernet Corporation, vice president of sales with Commonwealth Wholesale. He also owned a bottled water distributor in Key West, Florida.
Howard earned his bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in finance from Indiana Wesleyan University in St. Marion, Ind. Additionally, he served in the U.S. Coast Guard where he earned seven merit awards and medals, Cutterman’s insignia and Air Crew Gold Flight Wings.

“The first time I visited Villa San-Juliette I told my friends I think I found heaven on earth, that was before I tasted the wines. After I tasted the wines I called my friends back and told them I DID find heaven on earth,” Howard said.
