Vina Robles settles lawsuit filed by former general manager

–Vina Robles Amphitheater in Paso Robles was the subject of a lawsuit filed by former general manager Tim Reed in March 2016 for alleged breach of fiduciary duty, breach of both written and oral contract, fraud, and unfair business practices.
Reed said he designed the venue and claimed he was later cut out of his business deal with the co-owners and fired in 2014.
He sought dissolution of Vina Robles Entertainment, a recouping of his lost shares, and an unspecified amount in punitive damages and legal fees. Both parties reached a settlement on Friday, but the terms of that agreement remain confidential.
