    – The 38th Annual Vine Street Victorian Christmas Showcase will take place on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 6 to 9 p.m. The event will be held on Vine Street between 8th and 21st Streets, with festivities kicking off at 6 p.m.

The showcase will feature beautifully decorated Victorian homes, schools, and businesses, with the street closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of the event. Various performances will be offered along the route, including choirs, bands, and characters such as Scrooge, the Snow King and Queen, and Santa Claus. Santa will be available for photos at his house, and children can enjoy meeting Santa’s elves.

Visitors can also enjoy a snow play area and stations offering hot cider, hot chocolate, cookies, and popcorn. Strolling carolers and individuals dressed in vintage costumes will add to the festive atmosphere.

The event is presented by Vine Street neighbors and businesses, the Paso Robles Main Street Association, and the City of Paso Robles. For more information, contact event chair Norma Moye at (805) 238-4103.

Important notes for attendees: vendors and sales are not permitted, no dogs are allowed for safety reasons, and additional Santa costumes are not allowed.
