Water shut off for roadwork on Vine Street
–Roadwork on Vine Street north of 32nd Street closed the roadway and shut-off water for residents in that vicinity.
Cal-Portland is redesigning and paving north Vine Street for the city of Paso Robles. That construction requires related utility work. Thursday, water in the neighborhood of 32nd and Vine was shut-off for most of the day. Crews had to relieve pressure in the water line before working on it. The excess pressure caused water to stream down 32nd Street.
The work may continue on Friday, depending on their progress.
