–Family-owned and operated, Western Janitor Supply in Paso Robles has been the place locals go to for all of their home and workplace cleaning supplies, paper goods, and safety products since 1985. Owners Linda and Lois Buss celebrated 31 years in business in January alongside their friendly and professional staff, and recently took a step towards modern technology with the launch of their online store.
With three generations currently working together to provide customers with efficient service, the folks at Western Janitor Supply – staff members include Karen Estrada, Jessi Sims, Rick Grisanti, Michael Valenzuela, Camille Zinn, and Mitchell Wallravin – have a keen understanding of what it takes to make this small business a local success story.

“Hard work, dedication, and keeping our customers on a personal level – not just an account number – that’s how we have built this business and what we take pride in delivering each and every day,” Linda said. “For all of these years, we have chosen not to use electronic answering machines during working hours. When a customer calls to place an order or just needs some guidance with a cleaning project they know they will be greeted with a friendly, knowledgeable staff member.”

“We take pride in being personable, dependable, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly,” Linda said. “We always put the customer first and, over the years, have developed lasting friendships with so many wonderful people. When our mom and dad moved to Paso Robles in 1952, they gave each of their five kids the opportunity to grow up and attend schools in a small town atmosphere. Paso Robles still has that magical pull to it that seems to say ‘Stay – prosper and grow old with me’ and, as we celebrate 31 years in business, that is our plan exactly.”
