Wine trail donates to $7,000 Pleasant Valley School

–The members of the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail announced a $7000 donation to the Pleasant Valley School’s Parents Actively Supporting Education (PASE) organization. The donation was made possible from proceeds of the sold-out “Evening Under the Estrella Sky Winemakers’ Dinner.”

Owners and winemakers of all the member wineries shared their wines and enjoyed a four-course dinner with more than 125 guests at Hartley Farms in San Miguel. The venue was donated by Hartley Farms, music was donated by Wine Country Troubadours and all of the members donated raffle items and the wines that were poured throughout the evening.

“We are so thankful to everyone who came out in support of this event and are so thrilled to receive this generous donation that will go a long way toward funding our new science and technology lab,” said Wendy Nielson, Superintendent/Principal of The Pleasant Valley School.

The date for next year’s event is Aug 18, 2018 and the beneficiary will be the San Miguel Mission. Get early, early bird pricing for the four-course dinner with wine pairings for just $120 per person, or $840 for a table for eight. Early, early bird priced tickets are only available for a limited time from Eventbrite.

The PASE organization is a non-profit organization that benefits all the students and families of the Pleasant Valley School. All funds raised and donated are returned to the students to fund special events and programs.
