Winemakers’ Cookoff announces participating wineries, breweries

“It’s always a big job rounding up everyone for the cookoff,” says Linda Midkiff, Winery Committee Chair. “We hit the ground running in February. Believe it or not, we’re still signing up wineries today.”

The event happens at the Paso Robles Event Center on Saturday, Aug. 11, as these participants pour their finest wines and beer and compete for the best-grilled appetizer north of the Cuesta Grade! All money raised goes directly to local high school scholarships. To date, the Paso Robles Rotary Club has raised nearly $1.4 million dollars toward this effort.
