Wineries compete at 26th annual Winemakers’ Cookoff
Since its founding, the Winemakers’ Cookoff has raised more than $1 million for youth scholarships
– The Rotary Club of Paso Robles will host the 26th annual Winemakers’ Cookoff on Aug. 9 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Paso Robles Event Center, located at 2198 Riverside Avenue.
Open to guests age 21 and over, the event will feature wine and food pairings from participating wineries in the Paso Robles region, along with live music. Proceeds will benefit the Harlow Ford Scholarship Fund for local high school seniors.
Since its founding, the Winemakers’ Cookoff has raised more than $1 million for youth scholarships. The Rotary Club awarded $100,000 in scholarships this year, following $90,000 awarded last year.
Participating wineries will donate wine, food, and staff time while competing for the People’s Choice and Judges’ Choice awards. The event continues to rely on community participation and support.
