Winner of Paso Robles women’s golf championship announced

Peggy Nicoll is three-time champion
– The final round of the annual Paso Robles Women’s Golf Club Championship took place on June 25, with Peggy Nicoll named as the 2024 Women’s Golf Club Champion. Nicoll, who has previously won twice before, had the lowest combined score of three rounds of play; the first two rounds took place on June 18 and 20.
“Golf is just as much a mental game as a physical one. It teaches us that perseverance and resilience matter and [Nicoll] persevered,” said 2023 champion Morgan Stepp.

Nicoll had a final score of 78 from round one, 85 from round two and 84 from round three. Stepp’s final scores were 82 from round one, 83 from round two and 84 from round three.
