– The WiVi Central Coast symposium and tradeshow will be held March 13 at the Paso Robles Event Center from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The event, the largest wine industry gathering south of San Francisco, brings together wineries, growers, and vendors on the Central Coast. It will feature over 200 exhibitors, showcasing new products, live demonstrations, and educational seminars. Attendees will also have networking opportunities with industry professionals including winemakers, grape growers, and winery owners.
The symposium will include expert-led sessions on regional viticulture, enology, and direct-to-consumer topics. These sessions aim to provide insights into the latest trends and technologies in the wine industry.
