WiVi Central Coast, the premier wine and viticulture symposium and trade show in Central California, returns March 21. Now the largest wine industry event south of San Francisco, WiVi boasts 45,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space with nearly 200 exhibits and hundreds of new products, product demonstrations, educational seminars and networking opportunities for winemakers, grape growers, winery owners and managers.

This one-day conference and tradeshow features sessions by top industry leaders on regional viticulture, enology and DTC topics and gives attendees the opportunity to understand and experience new trends and technology.

WiVi’s goal: to continue the steady rise in the quality of this diverse region’s wines and their recognition on the world stage.

In addition to virtually all of the region’s leading winemakers and growers, notable personalities include Leslie Sbrocco, award-winning author, speaker, consultant and television host; Adam Firestone and David Walker of Firestone Walker Brewing (“How you build a beer company in wine country”); and Robert Trone, CEO of Total Wine and More, the largest independent retailer of fine wine in the United States, on his perceptions of Central Coast wines.

Attendees at this event will be tasting the results of numerous trials using varied techniques in the vineyard and winery, as well as a tasting of the Central Coast’s signature Rhone varieties, produced with community partner, the Rhone Rangers.
