Workshops at Centennial Park explore grounding, healing and intuition

– Tricia Gunberg, local author and intuitive Reiki master, will lead a three-part workshop series titled Energy & Intuition: Exploring Metaphysics at Centennial Park. Sessions will take place in the White Oak Room at 600 Nickerson Drive on Thursdays from July 10 through Aug. 21.
The series includes Beginners Guide to Metaphysics I and II. The Metaphysics I sessions are scheduled for July 10 and Aug. 7. The Metaphysics II sessions will be held July 17 and Aug. 14. A third session, An Introduction to Grounding, Healing and Intuition, will take place July 31 and Aug. 21.
“These workshops are for anyone who has ever wondered why they’re extra sensitive or feel things so deeply. What many don’t realize is that this sensitivity isn’t a burden—it’s actually an intuitive gift waiting to be developed,” said Gunberg, who has 15 years of experience guiding others in developing natural abilities.
Workshop participants will explore topics such as astrology, numerology, Reiki and dreams. Sessions include grounding and energy clearing techniques, guided intuitive development with personalized feedback, and instruction in breathwork and card reading techniques.
Each session is $30, or $90 for all three. A $5 discount is available for additional family members. A $10 supply fee, payable to the instructor, covers the cost of a workbook.
Sessions are limited to 11 participants. Registration is available online at prcity.com/recreation or in person at the Centennial Park registration desk Monday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
