Arson, grand theft arrests made in connection with Paso Robles Lowes fire
–Paso Robles Police Officers arrested the suspects who were wanted in connection with the Lowes fire/grand theft incident that occurred on the morning of March 15.
Jose Mendoza and Rufino Vargas were arrested on March 19 for conspiracy and grand theft. Paso Robles Police Officers arrested the third and final suspect Jose Ramon Gonzalez Dominguez on March 20 for conspiracy, grand theft, and arson. Additionally, the stolen property was recovered.
