Eleven Twenty Two
Eleven Twenty-Two is a true “speakeasy” like the ones of yesteryear. To enter the lounge push the button at the door and a host will greet you. The cocktail lounge was named one of the best speakeasy bars on the planet by Venue Report magazine. Hours are Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. – 1 a.m. Closed Monday and Tuesday. The Hatch
The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar offers creative cocktails as well as beer and red and white wine on tap. They also offer a happy hour Monday through Friday from 3-6 p.m. The owners of Fish Gaucho also own Eleven Twenty Two and Pappy McGregor’s. Their high-quality ingredients and attention to detail are prevalent throughout all three establishments. Pine Street Saloon, the best dive-bar in Paso Robles, is housed in one of the city’s oldest buildings and has a great casual, country feel. But beware: the Saloon is rumored to be haunted and was even the subject of an episode of the Travel Channel’s hit show, The Dead Files.
