Eleven Twenty Two

Eleven Twenty-Two is a true “speakeasy” like the ones of yesteryear. To enter the lounge push the button at the door and a host will greet you. The cocktail lounge was named one of the best speakeasy bars on the planet by Venue Report magazine. Hours are Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. – 1 a.m. Closed Monday and Tuesday. The Hatch 

The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar offers creative cocktails as well as beer and red and white wine on tap. Try delicious creations such as their Mockingbird, which is a delightful mix of peach tea, gin, pineapple, and egg white, or enjoy a classic drink such as My Grandpa’s Old Fashioned or a classic Manhattan. Fish Gaucho 

Fish Gaucho made our list for best Mexican food, but they also offer a full and diverse Tequila bar. Try a tequila flight or a craft margarita. They also offer a happy hour Monday through Friday from 3-6 p.m. The owners of Fish Gaucho also own Eleven Twenty Two and Pappy McGregor’s. Their high-quality ingredients and attention to detail are prevalent throughout all three establishments. La Cosecha

La Cosecha, Spanish for “The Harvest”, centers on the cuisine of Spain and South America and also features a craft cocktail menu designed to make use of garden-fresh ingredients and locally-sourced artisanal spirits wherever possible. Open Wednesday and Thursday for lunch from 11 a.m – 2:45 p.m., happy hour 2:45 – 5 p.m., dinner 5 – 10:30 p.m. Open Friday and Saturday for lunch from 11 a.m. – 2:45 p.m., happy hour from 2:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. and dinner 5 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Open Sunday for brunch from 10 a.m. – 2:45 p.m., happy hour from 2:45 – 5 p.m., and dinner at 5 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Located at 835 12th Street, Suite A, in Paso Robles. Calwise Spirits 

Calwise Spirits is the only distillery on the Central Coast with a full bar and restaurant, serving up amazing craft cocktails. Enjoy a tasting flight or make a section from their seasonal cocktail menu, which features their spirits, house-made syrups made from seasonal harvests, and freshly squeezed juices. Pappy McGregor’s

Pappy McGregor’s is a local favorite and great choice for anyone looking for dancing and drinks in Paso Robles on the weekend. They have a full bar with seasonal cocktails, as well as ciders and local wines and beers. They also offer a delicious menu of pub-food that may surpass your culinary expectations in this fun and casual Irish bar. Open daily from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Located at 1122 Pine Street in Paso Robles. Pine Street Saloon 

Pine Street Saloon, the best dive-bar in Paso Robles, is housed in one of the city’s oldest buildings and has a great casual, country feel. But beware: the Saloon is rumored to be haunted and was even the subject of an episode of the Travel Channel’s hit show, The Dead Files. They have great live music, two pool tables, an outdoor smoking lounge, and special events and a full bar.
