Recycling Ambassadors sought for Cambria Christmas Market
Volunteers receive a free ticket to return to the market
– The Integrated Waste Management Authority is seeking volunteers for its Recycling Ambassadors Program at the Cambria Christmas Market. Volunteers will receive a free ticket to return to the market on any day of their choice.
For five Sundays, from Nov. 29 to Dec. 27, Recycling Ambassadors will assist the market in meeting its sustainability goals. Volunteers will educate guests on proper waste sorting and highlight the importance of making responsible, everyday eco-choices.
The authority manages the Recycling Ambassadors Program to promote sustainability at events throughout San Luis Obispo County. Organizers of public events that could benefit from greening practices or volunteers can reach out to the authority through its website. Paso Robles Daily News previously reported on the program.
