Second fatal crash reported at Oceano Dunes
–Earlier this month, on Friday, April 12 Narcissa Lichtman, 44, of San Jose, died after her recreational off-highway vehicle crashed from a 25- to 35-foot dune and started rolling.
The following Friday, Chor Vang, 34, of Sacramento, died in a single-vehicle rollover crash where he was tossed from his vehicle and struck by it.
