Templeton candidates interviewed for election

-Special from the Soaring Eagle Press-

TCSD-Candidates

Candidates for the TCSD board are, clockwise from top left, Gwen Pelfrey, Wayne Petersen, Navid Fardanesh, and Robert Rosales.

Four candidates are running for two seats on the Templeton Community Services District (TCSD) Board of Directors. In these interviews, readers will have an opportunity to put a name to a face, learn a little about the candidates’ backgrounds, and hear what they have to say about key issues facing TCSD.

The candidates were each asked the same set of questions in a timed interview. The questions cover the five main services under the TCSD umbrella (water, wastewater/sewer, solid waste, emergency services/Fire Department, Parks & Recreation), and included questions regarding Board policy and the current state of TCSD.

If you’re a registered voter living within TCSD’s boundaries (the town of Templeton), please make some time to review the interviews, share them with your Templeton friends and neighbors, and cast an informed vote on Nov. 4.
