Spring dinner series held at Windrose Farm

Thomas Hill Organics is hosting a ‘Table to Farm’ dinner series. The series is a play on their farm to table cuisine; instead of the farm bringing us their best produce and you as a guest savoring it at the table, Thomas Hill Organics is bringing the tables and the guests to the farm!

The Table to Farm Dinner Series will be hosted at three separate locations throughout the county, the first is Windrose Farm on April 24.

Hosted outdoors, these table to farm dinners are beautiful representations of the bounty of the Central Coast.

Windrose Farm is a certified organic farm, located east of Paso Robles, and has been instrumental in the evolution and progress of Thomas Hill Organics since their founding in 2009.

The first Table to Farm Dinner will also feature an exclusive look at the farm, and tour of the property led by Windrose Farm proprietors Bill & Barbara Spencer. Following the tour, guests will enjoy a truly farm fresh meal prepared by Executive Chef Tim Veatch.

Tickets are $100 per person, including tax, gratuity, food and wine. The menu can be found and tickets can be purchased at www.eventbrite.com by searching Thomas Hill Organics.

The second dinner will be in July and the fall dinner will be hosted on the coast.
