Man arrested for selling heroin on Riverside Ave.
Special Enforcement Team makes heroin arrest
Paso Robles Police officers arrested Guillermo “Willie” Lujan, DOB 08/16/83, On Saturday May 25, 2013, at about 8 p.m for possession of heroin for sale and for possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
The police department’s Special Enforcements Team detectives observed Lujan walking along the 1700 block of Riverside Avenue and conducted a probation compliance check. Subsequent to the search the detectives located approximately 10cc of liquid heroin and approximately $650 in cash.
The detectives also seized two cellular phones containing suspected drug “pay-owe” records.
Lujan was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail for a violation of probation, Felony Possession of Narcotics for Sale, and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
