Expect delays along Union Road 

New construction requires road and sidewalk resurfacing nearby

If your commute takes you to Union Road between Golden Hill Road and the intersection that leads to Barney Schwartz Park, you may want to allow time for delays along the way. Road and sidewalk resurfacing is taking place, roughly between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. in conjunction with new building construction nearby, according to a city spokesperson. Paso Robles City Engineer John Falkenstien was unavailable for comment at press time.
