Last year’s Creston Rodeo royalty
2012 Rodeo Queen
Kiley is twenty years old from Paso Robles. She has been riding horses since she was seven years old and has competed in rodeo events for the past six years. She has been competed at the Creston Classic Rodeo for the last four years and feels that the rodeo has helped her grow not only into a stronger competitor, but also into a stronger, more confident person. She believes that it would be an honor to represent this amazing rodeo as Miss Creston Classic Rodeo and be able to share her love for the sport of rodeo with the community.
2012 Junior Queen
Hailey was born in Huntington Beach, CA in 2000. In 2001 Hailey her parents and, on the way, brother Garret moved to Atascadero. Hailey’s parents have owned horses for many years and Hailey got right into it when she got her first horse at age 5. Riding came naturally to her and she quickly got into barrel racing, team sorting, junior rodeo, trail riding and she loved to help her family and friends gather their cattle for branding. Hailey got her second and current horse Hank late 2008. In 2009 she started competing in the California Gymkhana Association where she earned High Point Champion for the Central Coast Riders Group. In 2010 she joined Atascadero Wranglerettes and did her first drill team performance at the 2011 Creston Classic Rodeo. Hailey and her family have attended, competed in and volunteered at the Creston Classic Rodeo for the last 9 years and now she hopes to represent the Rodeo and the community of Creston as Junior Rodeo Queen.
